Cancellations –
1 – We fully understand that plans and circumstances can change without any prior warning or notice, as such once you have booked and paid for your class/es and if you cancel 2 weeks before the start date, you will get full refund. If you wish to cancel within 2 weeks of the class/es due date, then you have options to either transfer / give it to someone else or use it again to re-book at another available date.
Your statutory rights are not effected.
2 – We also reserve the right to cancel and or postpone the class/es at a short notice.
3 – The whole purpose of these demonstrations is for you to learn and get confident about cooking and cooking Indian food/s. As such Please note in order to adhere to personal privacy laws, recording or filming from any devices, in any forms is strictly prohibited. However we also realise that you may wish to take photos for your memories and social media, so we would urge you please to respect other participants privacy and take reasonable photos of the class without other participants.
4 – We reserve the rights to refuse admission for any inappropriate behaviours. You will not get a refund.
5 – Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
